K. Mitchell (1941) and called folic acid.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p>Folic acid is a necessary substance for the human body in the use of sugar and amino acids and is necessary for the growth and reproduction of cells in the body. It helps protein metabolism, and together with vitamin B12 it stimulates the production and maturation of red blood cells, it is an irreplaceable material for the production of red blood cells, it also acts as a promoting factor for the growth of <em>Lactobacillus casei<\/em> and other microorganisms.<\/p><p><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Folic acid is a necessary nutrient for fetal growth and development.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Folic acid deficiency in pregnant women can lead to low birth weight, cleft lip and palate, and heart defects at birth.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">If the lack of folic acid in the first 3 months of pregnancy can cause neural tube defects in the fetus, resulting in deformity.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-269af2d elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"269af2d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.alivitpharm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/leaves.png\" title=\"leaves\" alt=\"Leaves\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-94b82d3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"94b82d3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Folic acid plays an important role in cell division and growth and synthesis of nucleic acids, amino acids and proteins.
