Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, normal oxygen transport in the body, normal cognitive function. Folic acid contributes to normal blood formation and plays a role in the process of cell division. Vitamin C increases the absorption of iron, while iron together with vitamin C and folic acid contributes to the normal function of the immune system and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Nettle supports the body’s vitality, venous circulation and the immune system, and also helps maintain heart health, contains iron and thus reduces iron deficiency anaemia.\n <\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
