After unsuccessful antibiotic therapy, the doctor, after performing an atibiogram, recommends that she use Alisept (3 times at a time) along with antibiotic therapy. This study follows her progress over a six month period with bioassays to quantify new therapies.<\/span><\/span><\/div><p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-553c5ab elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"553c5ab\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-d386515\" data-id=\"d386515\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-36e93f6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"36e93f6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Beginning of Therapy<\/p><ul><li>Beginning: M.S. started taking Alisept (3 capsules per day) along with antibiotic therapy in January 2024.<\/li><li>First week: During the first week, M.S. noticed a decrease in the frequency of the need to urinate and less burning during urination.<\/li><\/ul><p>Biological Analysis<\/p><p>Before the start of therapy and during the six month period, regular biological analysis including urine culture and urinalysis were performed.<\/p><p>Initial Analysis (January 2024)<\/p><ul><li>Urine culture: Presence of\u00a0 Escherichia coli (E.coli) &gt; 10^5 CFU\/ml.<\/li><li>Urine analysis: Increased number of leukocytes (25-50 leukocytes per field), presence of nitrites.<\/li><\/ul><p>Progress Monitoring<\/p><p>First month (February 2024)<\/p><ul><li>Urine culture: No bacterial growth.<\/li><li>Urine analysis: Normal number of leukocytes (0-5 leukocytes per field), no presence of nitrites.<\/li><li>Clinical signs: No symptoms of urinary infections.<\/li><\/ul><p>Third month (April 2024)<\/p><ul><li>Urine culture: No bacterial growth.<\/li><li>Urine analysis: Normal number of leukocytes, no presence of nitrites.<\/li><li>Clinical signs: No symptoms of urinary infections.<\/li><\/ul><p>Sixth month (June 2024)<\/p><ul><li>Urine culture: No bacterial growth.<\/li><li>Urine analysis: Normal number of leukocytes, no presence of nitrites.<\/li><li>Clinical signs: No symptoms of urinary infections.<\/li><\/ul><p>Conclusion<\/p><p>By using the Alisept supplement, M.S. managed to overcome the problem of recurrent urinary infections. During the six month period, biological analysis showed the absence of pathogenic bacteria and the normalization of urine parameters. She has not had a single episodes of infection, which has significantly improved her daily life.
