antioxydantes et antiplaquettaires, \u00e9tudi\u00e9 dans les domaines cardiom\u00e9tabolique, oncologique et neurocognitif.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Le resv\u00e9ratrol (cis-\/trans-resv\u00e9ratrol) est un polyph\u00e9nol pr\u00e9sent dans la peau du raisin et les vins rouges fonc\u00e9s.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">La dose orale recommand\u00e9e est de 10 \u00e0 200 mg\/jour.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Cette substance poss\u00e8de des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s antioxydantes, antiplaquettaires, antimutag\u00e8nes et phytoestrog\u00e9niques, et inhibe les enzymes COX-1\/2 et la 5-lipoxyg\u00e9nase.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Une suppl\u00e9mentation en resv\u00e9ratrol est recommand\u00e9e en cas d\u2019ath\u00e9roscl\u00e9rose, d\u2019hypercholest\u00e9rol\u00e9mie et dans la pr\u00e9vention du cancer.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\"><strong>Effet cardiom\u00e9tabolique:<\/strong> Resv\u00e9ratrol a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que le resv\u00e9ratrol r\u00e9duit la pression art\u00e9rielle systolique de 8 mmHg et la pression art\u00e9rielle diastolique de 3,6 mmHg par rapport au placebo.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">L\u2019utilisation de fortes doses de resv\u00e9ratrol \u2265 1000 mg\/jour a r\u00e9duit la glyc\u00e9mie \u00e0 jeun, mais n\u2019a eu aucun effet sur le tour de taille, les triglyc\u00e9rides et le cholest\u00e9rol HDL.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Des \u00e9tudes ont \u00e9galement montr\u00e9 que, chez les personnes ob\u00e8ses, cette substance ne modifiait pas significativement le poids corporel, n\u2019affectait pas l\u2019IMC ni la masse grasse totale, mais r\u00e9duisait le tour de taille, lorsque la dur\u00e9e de la suppl\u00e9mentation d\u00e9passait 12 semaines.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1eae57f n\u2019a pas mis en \u00e9vidence d\u2019effets statistiquement significatifs du Resv\u00e9ratrol (ou des pr\u00e9parations \u00e0 base de raisin\/vin) sur les fonctions cognitives, l\u2019humeur ou le volume de mati\u00e8re grise chez l\u2019\u00eatre humain, malgr\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es positives obtenues chez l\u2019animal.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\"><strong> Effets antiplaquettaires:<\/strong> Le resv\u00e9ratrol inhibe l\u2019activation plaquettaire;<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">dans des mod\u00e8les de cancer du c\u00f4lon, il a r\u00e9duit la thrombose, sugg\u00e9rant des effets antiplaquettaires potentiels dans la thrombose associ\u00e9e au cancer.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\"> Ces r\u00e9sultats sont pr\u00e9cliniques et ne constituent pas encore un traitement standard.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Les monographies du m\u00e9dicament ne mentionnent pas d\u2019effets ind\u00e9sirables ou de pr\u00e9cautions sp\u00e9cifiques, cependant:<br \/><\/span><\/span><span class=\"jCAhz comme source de resv\u00e9ratrol.<br \/><\/span><\/span><span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">\u2013 Allaitement: la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est inconnue;<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">son utilisation n\u2019est pas recommand\u00e9e.<br \/><\/span><\/span><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">\u2013 L\u2019activit\u00e9 antiplaquettaire implique une interaction th\u00e9orique en cas d\u2019association avec des anticoagulants ou des antiagr\u00e9gants plaquettaires, bien que cela ne soit pas encore officiellement
