CASE STUDY 1:<\/span><\/h5>

A man, MP, aged 47, is a patient with a history of myocardial infarction. He also has dyslipidemia (increased fat in the blood), as well as hypertension (high blood pressure). He keeps his hypertension under control with pharmacotherapy, takes nebivolol in a dose of 2.5 mg.<\/p>

However, despite the fact that he is taking therapy for elevated cholesterol and triglycerides, ezetimibe in a dose of 10 mg, he cannot bring those fats within the framework of reference values. By the way, the gentleman is a big gourmand, enjoys good food, although he tries to reduce the enjoyment to a minimum, because he has a positive family history of cardiovascular diseases, his father also suffered from a heart attack.<\/p>

He goes to his cardiologist for a check-up, and before the actual visit to the doctor he did biochemical analyses, and the results of those analyzes are as follows:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Bold letters indicate what is outside the reference values, i.e. what is increased, namely: fasting glucose, total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol and liver enzymes (transaminases): S-Aspartate-aminotransferase (AST) and S-Alanine- aminotransferase (ALT).
Since the therapy, he also takes acetylsalicylic acid in a dose of 100 mg, in the evening, after meals.
The conclusion would be the following:
There is a clear correlation between elevated total cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol (bad cholesterol) and the risk of developing atherosclerotic disease. Given that the patient is already taking pharmacotherapy and, as he says, takes it regularly, every evening at the same time, the doctor decides not to add another drug to his therapy, but to try first to bring the condition under control with non-pharmacological measures. He attributes these findings to large meals, lack of physical activity, and as the patient says, in the last six months, he spends a lot of time in bars, and occasionally drinks a couple of alcoholic drinks.
They agreed that he should organize his life, improve his lifestyle, and due to elevated liver enzymes, he was prescribed Black garlic Hepato care, a product that contains fermented garlic, yarrow, dandelion, immortelle, vitamins B1, B2, B6 and vitamin E, because when he puts liver function under control, thereby regulating dyslipidemia.
The patient took this product, 3×1 capsule after meals and after two months of regular use, along with all his existing pharmacotherapy, the results were much better.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

As you can see from the attached results, cholesterol and triglycerides have been brought within the reference values, and liver enzymes are still elevated, but less than at the very beginning of therapy.
It is advised to continue using the Black garlic Hepato care product for at least another 3 months.
In addition to all this, the doctor advises him to take the Black garlic Cardio plus preparation, based on fermented garlic, white and red hawthorn and white mistletoe, and to take 3 x 2 capsules every day, after a meal, and to drink the medicine ezetimibe in a dose of 10 mg every the second evening.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
