P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebtyre dy llojeve t\u00eb diabetit, ekzistojn\u00eb shum\u00eb lloje t\u00eb tjera specifike q\u00eb mund t\u00eb shkaktohen nga faktor\u00eb gjenetik\u00eb, ila\u00e7e, s\u00ebmundje pankreatike, si dhe infeksione t\u00eb ndryshme.<\/p>\n\n<p>Kriteret p\u00ebr diagnoz\u00ebn e diabetit jan\u00eb:<br \/>&#8211; HbA1c \u2265 6.5%.<br \/>\u2013 Glukoza es\u00ebll \u2265 7.00 mmol\/L.<br \/>\u2013 2 or\u00eb pas ngarkes\u00ebs orale me glukoz\u00eb (OGTT) \u2265 11.1 mmol\/L.<br \/>\u2013 Glukoza e matur n\u00eb \u00e7do most\u00ebr gjaku \u2265 11.1 mmol\/L.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u00c7far\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb diabeti gestacional dhe si diagnostikohet?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Kur nj\u00eb nivel i rritur i glukoz\u00ebs n\u00eb gjak ndodh p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb gjat\u00eb shtatz\u00ebnis\u00eb, kjo form\u00eb e diabetit quhet diabet gestacional. Sipas kritereve m\u00eb t\u00eb fundit, diagnoza e diabetit gestacional (diabeti gjat\u00eb shtatz\u00ebnis\u00eb) b\u00ebhet n\u00ebse nj\u00eb vler\u00eb prej 5.1 \u2013 7.00 mmol\/L gjendet vet\u00ebm n\u00eb nj\u00eb matje t\u00eb glukoz\u00ebs n\u00eb gjak n\u00eb kontrollin e par\u00eb gjat\u00eb shtatz\u00ebnis\u00eb.
