Vitamini K1 (fitonadion) i K2 (menahinon) i obi\u010dno su dostupni kao suplementi.<\/p><p>Vitamin K je esencijalni vitamin potreban tijelu za zgru\u0161avanje krvi, izgradnju kostiju i druge va\u017ene procese. Ljudi obi\u010dno koriste vitamin K za probleme sa zgru\u0161avanjem krvi ili za poni\u0161tavanje efekata varfarina kad do\u0111e do krvarenja. Tako\u0111e se koristi kod osteoporoze,  karcinoma dojke, dijabetesa, kardiovaskularnih bolesti, upala, Alchajmerove bolesti, perferne neuropatije. Uzimanje vitamina K2  oralno pobolj\u0161ava \u010dvrsto\u0107u kostiju i smanjuje rizik od preloma kod osoba sa slabim kostima.<\/p><p>Vitamin K2, tako\u0111e poznat kao menahinon (MK), prvenstveno je bakterijskog porijekla. K2 se uglavnom nalazi u fermentisanoj hrani, mesu i mlije\u010dnim proizvodima. K2 tako\u0111e mo\u017ee proizvesti mikrobiom ljudskog crijeva, iako su apsorpcija i transport vitamina K2 proizvedenog na ovaj na\u010din manje istra\u017eeni.<\/p><p>K2 nam dolazi prvenstveno kroz proizvode dobijene od \u017eivotinja, koje ga mogu sintetisati iz K1 koji unose jedu\u0107i travu. Kako su poljoprivredne prakse povukle \u017eivotinje s travnatih pa\u0161njaka na \u017eitarice, nivoi K2 su se smanjili.<\/p><p>Vitamin K2 u izgradnji kostiju je jako va\u017ean, jer je neophodan za aktiviranje proteina koje lu\u010de osteoblasti. K2 ve\u017ee kalcijum u ko\u0161tanu matricu i mo\u017ee inhibirati resorpciju kostiju kada se primjenjuje s vitaminom D3. Menahinon-7 oblik vitamina K2 pokazao se posebno vje\u0161tim u ovom procesu.<\/p><p>Dodatak vitamina K2 povezan je sa zna\u010dajnim smanjenjem (otprilike 25%-80%) rizika od preloma kada se koristi samostalno ili u kombinaciji s vitaminom D3 i kalcijumom, kao i s odr\u017eavanjem gusto\u0107e kostiju kod pacijenata sa osteoporozom. Suplementacija vitaminom K1 pokazala je relativno manju korist za takve ishode.<\/p><p>Sistematski pregled literature iz 2017. godine preporu\u010dio je razmatranje K2 uz vitamin D3 i kalcijum kao dodatnog tretmana osteoporoze koji je konkurenta terapiji bisfosfonatima bez toksi\u010dnosti.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6f762f1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"6f762f1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.alivitpharm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/leaves.png\" title=\"leaves\" alt=\"Leaves\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1a89e07 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1a89e07\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Upotreba vitamina K2 i kardiovaskularni sistem<\/strong><\/p><p>K2 aktivira matriksni Gla protein (MGP), koji sprje\u010dava stvaranje naslaga kalcijuma na zidovima krvnih sudova. Istra\u017eivanja su pokazala da adekvatan unos K2 uglavnom osloba\u0111a kalcijum za njegove korisnije uloge, dok \u0107e nedostatak K2 dovesti do nakupljanja kalcifikacija.<\/p><p>Ova jednostavna uzro\u010dno-posljedi\u010dna veza bila je vidljiva u prospektivnoj populacijskoj Rotterdamskoj studiji iz 2004. godine, koja je obuhvatila 4807 osoba bez anamneze infarkta miokarda. Nakon pra\u0107enja  istra\u017eiva\u010di su izvijestili da visok unos K2 dovodi do zna\u010dajnog smanjenja rizika od koronarne bolesti srca, smrtnosti od svih uzroka i te\u0161ke kalcifikacije aorte u pore\u0111enju sa onima sa najni\u017eim unosom K2. U pore\u0111enju sa tim, unos K1 nije imao uo\u010dljive za\u0161titne koristi.<\/p><p>Kohortna studija sa preko 16.000 \u017eena bez kardiovaskularnih bolesti tako\u0111e je izvijestila o sna\u017enoj korelaciji izme\u0111u pove\u0107anog unosa K2 i smanjenih koronarnih doga\u0111aja, ali ne i za K1.<\/p><p>Suplementacija K2 sada je standardna njega za lije\u010denje osteoporoze u Japanu, a privla\u010di pa\u017enju i u zapadnim kulturama.<\/p><p>Studije koje su upore\u0111ivale relativno ni\u017ee doze suplementacije MK-7 s placebom kod \u017eena u ranoj menopauzi i postmenopauzi dale su kontradiktorne rezultate, pri \u010demu prve nisu imale razlike u gubitku ko\u0161tane mase nakon 1 godine, dok su druge imale manji pad sadr\u017eaja i gusto\u0107e kostiju povezan sa starenjem na vratu femura i lumbalnoj ki\u010dmi nakon 3 godine. Ovo postavlja pitanja u vezi s optimalnim rasponom doza K2 za razli\u010dite populacije, trajanjem pra\u0107enja potrebnim za utvr\u0111ivanje njegovog u\u010dinka i da li suplementi mogu osigurati nivoe hranjivih sastojaka jednako adekvatne kao unos hranom.<\/p><p>Postoji nekoliko izvje\u0161taja o pove\u0107anom riziku od kardiovaskularnih bolesti kod starijih osoba i \u017eena u postmenopauzi koje uzimaju suplemente kalcijuma. Me\u0111utim, ova veza je dovedena u pitanje u drugim nedavnim studijama, a klini\u010dke smjernice sugeri\u0161u da se svaki rizik mo\u017ee ubla\u017eiti ako se suplementi kalcijuma uzimaju u podno\u0161ljivim rasponima (npr. ne iznad raspona od 2000-2500 mg\/d). Kako se ova veza nastavlja istra\u017eivati, mogu\u0107a uloga suplemenata K2 u ravnote\u017ei bilo kojeg takvog rizika zaslu\u017euje veoma ozbiljnu klini\u010dku analizu. Pokazalo se da odre\u0111ene vrste K2 suplemenata, poput MK-7, ometaju antikoagulacijsku terapiju, dok drugi, poput MK-4, ne nose rizik od hiperkoagulacije \u010dak ni pri relativno visokim dozama.
