These conditions determine the procedure for ordering, paying, delivering and complaining about the products offered on these pages. AlivitPharm.com internet pages can be used for your private use without any fees for use, and according to the following conditions and rules.
The merchant is Farmavit d.o.o. and the customer is a visitor to these pages who fills out an electronic order, sends it to the merchant and makes payment via credit card.
Order
The customer orders the product or products via the electronic order form.
Any person who electronically orders at least one product, fills in the required information and submits the order is considered a customer.
All prices are expressed in Convertible Marks, including VAT.
The customer additionally has the option of displaying prices in US dollars and euros.
The goods are ordered electronically, by clicking on a specific product and saving it in the Basket.
The goods are considered ordered at the moment when the customer chooses and confirms the payment method.
Payment
The ordered products are paid online using one of the following credit cards: Mastercard, Maestro or Visa.
Delivery
The ordered products are packed in such a way that they are not damaged during normal handling. When taking over, the buyer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment and, in case of damage, immediately report the product to the delivery person (employee of the company that makes the delivery). The merchant disclaims all responsibility for damage that may occur during delivery.
If the buyer does not receive the goods or the delivery notice after they have been sent, within the expected time, the buyer has the right to inform the seller about this in order to take actions to find the shipment or to send a replacement shipment.
If the buyer refuses to receive the goods he ordered, the trader has the right to ask the buyer for reimbursement of all costs related to delivery.
The merchant undertakes to send the shipment to the customer the moment he receives the confirmation approving the online transaction. After receiving that confirmation, the merchant undertakes to send the shipment within 5 (five) working days.
After the delivery company receives the shipment from the merchant, the merchant is no longer responsible for the further course of delivery, possible delays and problems that may arise in connection with further manipulation and delivery of the goods.
Complaints
The merchant undertakes to deliver a product that corresponds to the product description listed on AlivitPharm.com. The image that illustrates the product on the Internet page does not have to correspond to the actual appearance of the product, so the customer cannot advertise this segment.
The trader is not responsible for possible damages and other obligations that are in the domain of the delivery person (the company that performs the product delivery operations).
In case the buyer cannot take over the product, and the technical problems are not related to the trader, but are caused by the buyer, the operator or a third party, the trader bears no responsibility and is not obliged to enable the buyer to take over or deliver the goods free of charge.
The buyer is obliged to take over the product within 5 (five) working days, after that he will no longer be able to take over the product, regardless of having made the payment. In this case, the customer waives any complaint.
Intellectual rights protection
All rights in AlivitPharm products are reserved. The customer undertakes not to duplicate or sell the merchant’s products or any part of those products without authorization.
General
Farmavit d.o.o. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. All changes will be applied to the use of the AlivitPharm.com website. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered during the purchase.
The services provided by AlivitPharm.com internet store do not include the costs you incur using computer equipment and services to access our pages. Farmavit d.o.o. is not responsible for telephone costs, Internet traffic or any other costs that may occur.
Although Farmavit d.o.o. strives to provide the best possible service offer, Farmavit d.o.o. cannot guarantee that the services on AlivitPharm.com will meet your needs.
