Vitex helps during the premenstrual cycle. Contributes to the relief of menopausal symptoms and premenstrual discomfort. Contributes to maintaining hormonal balance during menopause. Helps maintain physiological well-being during the menstrual cycle.

• Powder of vitex fruit;
• Myo-inositol;
• D-chiro-inositol;
• Capsule (gelatin, purified water, color: calcium carbonate), anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide;

For persons over 18 years of age, it is recommended to use one capsule twice a day, during or after a meal. Swallow the whole capsule with liquid. The product needs to be taken for a long time.
